It’s a little removed from the downtown bustle but very close driving distance (less than a few miles) to everything we wanted. We were able to hike, paddle board on the lake as well as have easy access to a variety of restaurants and the highway. However, it's important to note that the listing said there is AC at the house, but in reality only one room has a portable floor AC unit and it's tank fills up too quickly to even run for an entire day without issue.
