"After arriving at the apt, we realized there was only a wall air conditioner in the living room, only a ceiling fan in the bedroom. Not good when it’s sweltering outside. We chose to forgo our payment and not stay in the apt. It was clean and nicely decorated but too hot to sleep with out air conditioning. "

"The apartment looked exactly like the pictures and was very well kept. Everything was clean and functional and we didn’t have any issues. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe and also has a target nearby for quick grocery trips. Connectivity wise, there’s a busy stop within walking distance but no train stations.The host was also very responsive and helpful. We didn’t have any trouble checking in or checking out.Overall a great experience and comfortable stay."

"We came to Chicago to visit museums and the apartment was clean and conveniently located. It had everything we needed for our stay. One note, parking is listed as an amenity. However, it wasn’t included, though there were many secure lots within a block to pay and park."
