"The toilet paper holder was still off the wall from the last time I stayed there in August. Neither times were the toilet paper and paper towel well stocked, I had to run out and get more of one or the other. I think it would be a great idea to get some pot holders or an oven mitt for hot stuff; I couldn’t find one. I also think it’d be a good idea to get a recycling bin/garbage can if you want them separated and let your guests know that prior to check out. "

"Didn’t realize I was staying in the basement of a home where the Host family was so inconsiderate to the amount of noise that they were creating by stomping around for 3 plus hour on my first. Asked that they be more considerate and they stopped stomping around for about 20 minutes and the it continue until 11:30pm. The smells of the basement area were a little over whelming when I checked in and I was able to open a window. Sorry I’d couldn’t take the lack of consideration from the host...

"I'll start by saying I've rented through VRBO for many years & I have NEVER encountered a property owner such as this man. I've never left a property anyway other then the way it was found. "The home was beautiful, we enjoyed our stay. It was very clean and well stocked. The floor plan was awesome and the use of the garage during our stay was a very nice feature. The reason for the four stars was because of a couple things. 1. The hot tub usage clause that came up after we booked the home and right before we had check-in. The clause is not written anywhere - but here it is.... if you use the hot tub Allen or Cory wanted to be notified by 10 a.m. the next morning and then the spa...
