"This is such a great hotel. Everything we expected of something quaint in Santa Fe. Somehow I had missed, that the hotel doesn’t serve breakfast, which we would have liked. However, they did have snacks in the lobby in the morning, and there was a fridge and table, so you could comfortably sit and have breakfast on your own in the room as well. So overall great hotel, Great location and great value for money. "

NO telling who actually owns this property, you'll never be able to speak to a manager, only an answering service that creates a "ticket" for someone else to process or "investigate". In my case, I spent 1 night by myself. After I checked out I received and email notifying me that "a dog was observed on the premises" during my time there and I was being charged a $50 fee "in accordance with their pet policy." "What a cute comfortable casita! The hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for us! Just a few minutes from old town and a few minutes to any kind of restaurant you could wish for. So peaceful in the evening to sit out and enjoy the fresh air and quiet of the location, they have chickens so if you like fresh eggs for breakfast that is an additional treat. Pet friendly too!!
