"Cabin in a small, quiet neighborhood off a dirt road in the middle of the national forest, making it a peaceful location. There is a very active train track about 1 mile down the road and some in our group were awoken at night because of it, but most of us slept through it just fine. "We loved our stay here! The cabin was perfect for our little family and had everything we could possibly need! We loved the grill and fire pit and we had plenty of room to hangout. Super close to multiple lakes and many bars/restaurants. Highly recommend for a little getaway (and to escape the Phoenix heat)."

We enjoyed our stay and the proximity to several of the hikes we enjoy in Payson, as well as being able to walk to go fishing and the community playground. "This beautiful little cabin was absolutely perfect for me the wife and the three year-old son. If you enjoy wildlife, there are plenty of elk just roaming around the neighborhood. It is very cool. The cabin is clean and cozy. I recommend this property where a two bedroom can accommodate your needs."

"We had a wedding to attend in Pinetop. We needed a larger home to accommodate 8 adults and 1 child. The home is exactly as described and very clean. The check in process was very easy and all the rooms were nicely spaced out so you were not on top of each other and all were a nice size. The neighborhood was very quiet and relaxing. We were so busy with the wedding it was a bummer we didn’t get to have more down time and really enjoy the quiet serene atmosphere. Highly recommend this cozy home!"

Plus the maim area had enough seating for us all to sit together. The kitchen was fully stocked for all the cooking we do. Thank you for the beautiful place."

Everything was easy to use (garage key pads, appliances, thermostat, tv, hot tub) Just check the directions for the fireplace in the book…there are two sets of how to turn it on and they are different. I did not realize it right away. But we got it! There are plenty of items available in the kitchen to make a large Easter Sunday meal.
