"We had a great experience! Room was clean, staff was friendly. Pool and hot tub was relaxing after a long day."

"The room was not ready at 3 pm check-in time. We had to wait for almost 1 hour before we could check-in. The front desk staff was apologetic though about the room not being ready. The ac on one side of the suite is not working well and it was very noisy. I think the room needs some updating. The pool needs to be cleaned. Other than these things, we had a comfortable stay."
