"We booked 3 x rooms to celebrate my daughter’s 21st birthday. The venue and experience was more than expected!! The check-in was smooth and hassle-free. We were offered a complimentary night tour of the zoo as well as the sanctuary tour that same afternoon. Breakfast menu had variety and quality. Restaurant staff were courteous and polite - except 1 who spoilt the morning breakfast service."

"Wonderful location. Beautiful view over Sydney Harbour Bridge. Amazing breakfast buffet and very friendly staff. And very close to the T line - so getting places was so easy and convenient."

"Clean room and private shower is what we selected. Two floors no elevator. There is a Bistro and Bar below the hotel. Andrew was friendly and helpful assisting us with our luggage to our room. Excellent Bistro menu and bar service. We had the Philly cheesesteak sandwich with fries and it was the best I ever had. We recommend the PC sandwich. I even complimented the chef loudly in the Bistro. "
