"Beautiful lobby and public spaces. Hotel rooms look like newly built hospital rooms - they lack soul and comfort. Despite the room size being OK the beds are very small, you sleep with your feet outside of the bed and the room is mediocre with hard, clumpy pillows. Front desk staff are friendly but overall service level quality resembles a Holiday Inn close to any European airport. "The room was nice and the staff was alright. They’re not doing all of the sweet little things for kids as it says on their website such as goodiebag for them upon check in and even though my booking said 2 adults 2 children, the sofabed was never made up, I had to call them to have this done late evening. The breakfast was below my expectations, but the fresh fruit was nice. The location is good! "
