"After a lovely 2 night stay in Alexandra retreat. Couldn’t fault it, incredible breakfast provided by Paul the host on both mornings of our stay. Beautiful room over looking the pool and hinterland. Stocked mini fridge in the room and bathrobes. Only 2 rooms in this property so it doesn’t feel like your normal bnb, both rooms are on the bottom floor so private from the hosts. House is close to a few townships so good options for dinner etc Would definitely stay here again"

"Pros: the gym and pool, while not particularly clean, were convenient. The staff were lovely. Cons: the building is in a state of disrepair. The room itself was unclean and quite dilapidated. There was mismatched, dated and very minimal furniture. Kitchen amenities were unacceptable - 2 plates, one spoon and 3 mismatching cups. The sliding door was so damaged it could barely be opened and the balcony was compromised by having 2 air-con units, one of which belonged to the neighbouring room and...

"Very spacious place and rooms. Parking was in from of each room so that was good. Didn’t tried the food there so was not sure if it is good or not but there cafeteria had good options."
