"Great restaurants, beautiful pools and beach"

"the bay area Beach water was very shallow,our frig wasn't working at full capacity had to leave stuff in freezer got towel that where rip and torn.went to swim in pool at 7am and couldn't find two chairs together without towels on that people saved. there 2 hour limit is not enforced, people would come out 3/4/5hrs later.wont go back enjoyed Divi Golf Resort last yr much nicer."

"The beach staff were amazing. Very helpful and quick to assist setting up our lounge chairs that we reserved through their app. Staff always coming round to check if we needed drinks or food. The housekeeping level of service was a bit disappointing. Had to call down a couple times just to get our room cleaned (late afternoon). Standard things not replaced (towels, bottles of water, coffee). Once we commented to lobby staff, efforts were made for improvement which was appreciated (but honestly...

"This condo was just perfect! It had everything we needed, was clean and in excellent repair, and the location was simply amazing! We walked all around Eagle Beach and did not see any other place with a view like this one directly from the pool/ hot tub/ patio area! Will be back again!"

"Service var i top, de ansatte var så søde. Lokation var perfekt, rigtig lækker strand. MEN hotellet var så slidt og ulækkert, der lugtede af mug på værelserne, aircondition larmede enormt meget, møblerne var ødelagt og malingen krakeleret. Det lignede slet ikke noget nær billederne. Tæppet på værelset var så beskidt at min datter på 8 måneder fik sorte knæ af at kravle på det. Kommer ikke tilbage igen."
