"You get what you pay for, I guess. It's an older hotel. The queen size bed seemed more like a full size. The shower head was poor and sprayed water everywhere. The TV was a nightmare - no guide so you have to go through EVERY channel to find the station you want. The cleaning staff was very nice & helpful so kudos to them."

"The staff was great. However one of the main reasons for picking the hotel was for the hot tub and it was out of service."

"We reserved an accessible room due to mobility needs. When we arrived, we were informed that there was only one unoccupied room available, and it was “out of order”. In addition, it was on a higher floor, and the elevator was inoperable. We were obviously unable to stay in that room, and the desk person assured us that we would not be charged for the room. The charge was to be reversed the same night like it never happened. Well, that didn’t happen. We were charged almost $180 for a room...

"Our room was really dirty - many visible stains on the carpet, stains on the bedding, sheets were ripped, and there was food on the chair. The main areas of the hotel are dated but also dirty."

"Very clean smells great everything worked"

"The hotel outside and inside was well kept. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was really good and we enjoyed the pool a lot (although it was a little cold when we went in). Overall, it was a great stay."
