"Well used and tired. Carpet held together by tape, AC startet not giving heat then no cold. Other guests told us that the management had changed, and sins service had downhilled. Best eksempel is breakfasts, where things mentioned in flyer from the Hotel wasn’t there, or you had to constantly ask for it. There were a person on the floor in the breakfast area, but newer did she manage to refill butter, cutlery, bread, etc. before somebody asked after butter, and so on."
