"The upsides: The room was great - roomy, beautiful and with one of the most comfortable beds ever! The staff was very helpful. I have never sent out my laundry at a hotel before and was a bit skeptical, but I got it back the same day in excellent condition. There is a very good Thai restaurant onsite, and fortunately for me, it was just a few steps away from my room. I could sit there, or take back (or have sent back) a drink or bite to my room. "I paid for this hotel at 5pm on 12th June but was told by the front desk lady named Rose at 7pm when I called that the hotel was sold out. She said she’d also communicated to Hotels.com, but I still don’t have a refund and nobody called to apologize for this error. Hotels.com can you pls get back to me about a refund "

"This property is a full scam online. Once you pull up to the gate, they deny you access and say they'd no longer rent apartments for sublet.Even though I prepaid through expedia.
