She was always available via whats app. The room was large. No shower door so it was unavoidable to splash water outside the shower. "The staff working at the hotel are super friendly and try their best to accommodate the needs of costumers - our ferry to Kefalonia was cancelled and they were quick to keep our reservation on hold for another day. "It was very disappointing, i think we had the worse room. I did ask to move rooms but they were fully booked. The room was on the ground floor, with no natural light, everything was very tired and old. There was air conditioning in one room but not the double. Room was full of mosquitoes and the mattress was old with the springs sticking out. We had an outside area but we had thick trees and looked onto the carpark/ main road.
