"We had 12 people in our group and the house accommodated all of us adequately. There is plenty of space for everyone to find a lounge spot and hang out. The second kitchen was a bonus and made the stay that much more comfortable. The easy access to dock and water was great, the deck/patio and views were spectacular, and the hot tub was used every night-that too was a feature we did not anticipate appreciating so much.
