"One of the most amazing places I’ve stayed and the perfect setting for our group. Manuel and his family were super helpful whenever we needed Theo assistance on the property. Communication was excellent during and leading up to our stay. I would absolutely stay here again. The roads to get there were a bit tricky, so make sure you have clear directions, especially if you’re arriving at night. For us, this was all just part of an epic adventure! Only good things to say about this place."

"Casa Anita is a beautiful little house, ideal for couples or small families. The housekeeper, Martina, is wonderful and keeps the house lovingly clean and maintained. Elizabeth at GPS is so easy to deal with and took very good care of us. The only drawback to the house is that it is on a busy street with lots of car, motorcycle and horse drawn cart traffic, from about 6:30am to 5:30pm, though we got used to it fairly quickly. Granada was interesting with lots of good restaurants, nice buildings...

"James was great with helping us set up everything for the trip. He arranged shuttles for two different groups from two different airports, and he also helped us arrange our golf cart rental. There were seven of us staying in the house, and we all paid for the full catering option. There was a little private dip pool at the house which was a nice surprise.The community of Pelican Eyes was once a great community -- and then the management went bankrupt, so parts of it feel abandoned (the restaurants are closed, paths are unpaved, etc.) That said, there seems to be new management investing back in the community such that in a year or two, I'd expect it to be back in action (they've already beautifully redone two...

"Our group of eight ranged in age from 8 to 75. We all enjoyed the house and the location and the surrounding area. The maid was a lovely lady, and the guards were diligent and made us feel secure. The manager was easy to reach on WhatsApp and he greeted us upon our arrival. The house is well appointed with everything that we needed. San Juan Del Sur is a lovely place to visit.
