Hoteller nær Niagara Takes Flight

"Amazing stay in a lovely property. Close to the main attractions while in a quiet neighborhood. Housekeeping never came by on our one day away, but it was clean, new, huge rooms and nice staff. Nothing negative to say."

"I have never stayed a bed and breakfast before, and Im very happy I choose this one! The whole property was nicely maintained and close to all of the fun things to do in the area. BUT my number 1 reason to recommed Serene Niagara Inn is the hosts! They were both extremely kind and made us feel very welcomed. They have a nice breakfast selection that tasted amazing. Overall it was a wonderful relaxing place to stay. Thank you guys for making it feel like a home away from home!!!"

"Hotel was lovely,, really well situated, staff were kind and helpful, cleaning staff were very good, I needed more shampoo and there was no problem getting it.andbreakfast buffet could be a bit better,"

"Good stay, but check your bill The room and the rest of our stay were good. The problem was the phone charges. I was billed CA$43.34 each for three calls that never connected, totaling CA$146.91 with tax. No rate was posted on or near the phone. At checkout, the manager refunded 55% but refused the rest and threatened to reverse the partial refund when I kept questioning the charges. A staff member also told me my complaint wasn't being taken seriously because I booked through Expedia. Over a...

"Absolutely an adorable B & B. The house is full of many antiques. Every inch of the house has art collections. The suite was charming and very spacious. The garden was spectacular. We sat outside and had tea one afternoon. We were there 3 nights and every morning there was a different hot breakfast. We had an opportunity to chat with the host 2 morning. They were very accommodating on the breakfast serving times."

"Only downfall is the parking fee."

Meget venligt personale."

"Really enjoyed our stay at Kings Inn! It was central to the Falls and the rest of the city, and we felt super safe in and around the inn. Facilities were as described, and staff were friendly and knowledgeable about the area. Would come back for sure."
