The couch was not so comfortable but we spent very little time in the residence. We were able to walk to all the local attractions even to the Canada side. We did get a lot of steps daily but it was doable. It is very close to the Senca Casino where we ate a delicious breakfast buffet every morning. "Very clean 2 bedroom one bathroom bottom floor of a split level house. Host answered all questions quickly and helped me get my kid's passports. James is a great guy. Highly recommend staying here and if I am ever in the area again I will only stay here! "
