Wonderful view but not possible to see the falls from the spa as shown in the pictures. We really missed better ventilation in the room which was much needed as the spa was there also.

For the price I paid, was not worth it,very outdated. Didnt like it at all. That 2 starts hotel shouldn't cost more than 70.00 per night. The only good thing was the amazing view of Niagara Falls. The rest was garbage, parking was very expensive, our room was never refreshed, Maids didnt go to check on us, Bathroom was extremely small, never seen anything so small in my life. Not breakfast area to seat and eat comfortable...!!! The hotel doesn't offer food service. A motel 8 would've been a lot better.

Great view of the falls! Thats about all it has going for it. Room desperately needs a refresh. Room had a musty smell. Jetted bathtub didn't work. I wasn't going to use it anyway because of the brown goop on the jets. Tattered and torn bed skirts. Paint chipping of the walls. Yet they charge a $15 resort fee not included with the booking and parking was an additional $45. For the price I would not recommend this hotel. Sorry

Pros: This was a great location near Table Rock. The room was clean and beds were comfy. The view was beautiful. My kids loved the pool. Cons: The front desk staff (morning and evening shifts) were not able to answer questions about the neighborhood and there was no concierge.

It looks more like a motel that a hotel. I though I was stededing in a nice hotel because of the pictures they have; but when we got there it was like an old motel. Inaccurate description of the place.

First night stay, we could not sleep at all, due to a malfunction air conditioning, fallowing day spoke to a manager, understood the whole situation, gave us a upgraded room with a view to the falls. Was a pleasant night.

BUG INFESTED.......Booked two rooms for May 21 2024 and were assigned rooms 244 and 241. During the evening, a large insect was discovered one of the bed in room 241. Notified the front desk and they switch us to room 237. Later that evening around 2:30 am, a large centipede was discovered on the floor in between the beds. Instead of notifying the front desk, the guests for room 237 moved and stayed in room 244. During check out, we advised the front desk clerk and showed her the picture of the centipede for which she asked that we e-mail it to her and we did. We asked that we get credited for one room (241 or 237) and she refused. Instead she provided us with free breakfast vouchers. Not impressed to say the least. Will not be booking this hotel ever again.

The hotel room had stains on the lamp, the walls and the sink was dirty. There was hairs on the doors and the washroom and did not look like it was cleaned. There was no clock (which all hotels always have in the room). I used the iron and the iron stained my linen pants pink, the iron already had a burnt stain which ruined my pants! Elevator was really slow and room looked out style and the Tub. Was a HUGE disappointed. Wifi doesn’t work properly. Was not worth the money. Definitely would not recommend staying here. Did not even have coffee/tea machine in the room.

Had no room For us, they changed the entire hotel also there was a 30 minute wait at the other hotel coz they rebooked us plus they charged me with more money. The wash basin in the washroom was not clogged. The jacuzzi was not working. Overall a bad experience

This property is overlooking the falls, it is a great location near the horseshoe falls, right at the incline railway to the table rock. Others have mentioned that this location needs upgrades, sure that means its a dated hotel in appearances, however this hotel if all the upgrades were completed your looking at upwards of 500 a night. The bellman was very knowledgeable and helpful, the maintenance staff were friendly. They were doing a repair to 1 elevator and it was down temporarily. All staff would say hello and remember their guests. I feel like this hotel gets a bad review because carpets are old and the tv's are small. Sorry if your coming to Niagara to watch tv.. find somewhere else to go... i will say the "observation floor" the lights should turn down at night so you can get good photos. Otherwise you get just the reflections of the lights of the hallway.

The view from our 17th floor room was wonderful! However, The carpets were old and dated and looked very dirty throughout the whole hotel. They definitely need to be replaced. The pool area could have used some better cleanliness and upkeep. The beds were just okay and I’m so glad I brought my own pillow. The pillows seemed very used! Overall the room served its purpose. It wasn’t a bad stay but it was also nothing spectacular.

Must say I saw some negative reviews that gave me pause, but our experience was fabulous! The room was very clean and comfy. Linens were fresh and quite nice! The view was absolutely stunning. Area is very clean and walkable. Parking was plentiful and easy. Lots of dining options. Can’t wait to visit again!

I booked an interior room, which I had no idea it was on the first floor. So they put me on the second floor and when I checked into my room I could not hang up my clothes as there was no rod in the closet. They obviously did not have any hangers to hang it on as there was no rod. I had to lay down all my clothes on the bed. When I called the front desk, they upgraded me to the eighth floor. The carpet was sticky, and there was a rip on the curtain. the bathtub faucet was dripping water even though I closed it properly. I stayed for two nights and I asked them to clean my room. When I got back to my room, all my dirty towels were on the ground in the bathroom and my bed was not made. My garbage was not collected as well. I went up to two different floors to get ice and they were out of ice. So I had to go up to a higher floor to get some ice. I will never stay in that hotel ever again. I come to Niagara at least twice a month, but this is the last time I will ever stay in your hotel.

The room I was given wasn’t inside the main building. It was a motel. It’s such a terrible experience.

They charged $200 / night but parking is not included. $50 for parking ?? Also. Washroom is tiny, they couldn’t even fit a sink in the washroom. Terrible !! But if give them some credit for falls.
