"I already rated this gentleman who was AWESOME!!! Beautiful clean wonderful place and now I know why they call it Cozy because it is. He had coffee, tea and so much available for me and my friend. I love this place and would go back and would recommend it. Its 10 minutes from the main strip of the falls..lundy's lane. This is a quaint Victorian home.. I'd give it a 20 plus if I could."

"Wow! A 7-foot steam shower in our room after getting soaking wet (on purpose!) on the Niagara Falls tour? This was a surprise, and the perfect warm-up after getting so chilled! Breakfast the next morning was outstanding....the flakiest croissants, French press coffee, fresh fruit, yogurt, artichoke quiche! Our room was enormous. I've recommended this hotel to everyone we stayed with on our vacation to Ontario!"

"This was such an amazing place to stay for our blended family of 5! Everyone had their own bedroom, the bathrooms were evenly distributed. It was like this hotel was made for us! Married couple, 2 sons 19 and 22 and a 26 year old daughter. We were able to walk EVERYWHERE! We did taxi once to the Skylon Tower/Fallsview Casino, but only because we were dressed up for dinner/not wearing great walking shoes.
The staff was helpful. We always felt safe. But most importantly, we were able to stay...

"We stayed for one night and really enjoyed everything about the hotel. It was clean, quiet and check-in/check out was easy. The swimming pool was a nice treat for my kids. The walk to Clifton hill is about 10+ minutes, definitely convenient location, while being slightly away from the heart of the excitement.
The Aveda spa was closed the one evening & day we were there, but I had been at the spa about 15 years ago and remember loving the experience! I would have tried to book a massage again,...

We loved the pool and the outdoor patio space. The suite was nice with a heart-shaped jacuzzi, and it had plenty of space. The only thing missing was a microwave. Walking to Clifton Hill was easy. We will stay there again as the property felt cozy and inviting. We didn't want to leave! "

"Hotel is in great area accessible to restaurants, casino's, falls etc, has a nice pool. Only issue a had which is not a biggie is every time we go they have no ice and tell me the ice machine broke down the other day and is out for service"

"love everything about this place. the room on the 2nd floor was big, so a bit hard to get up with heavy luggage, maybe easier with the back stairs??quiet area, but still only 25 min walk to the waterfall. the breakfast is the best we have had on our entire holiday of 25 days :). the host couple are sweet and friendly, and the house has charm compared to all hotels:)"

Når det nu ikke lægger helt ned til vandfaldet så har det en rigtig fin beliggenhed du kan nå alt hvad du skal se på 15til 20min gå tur. De har fine værelser der er parkering på den anden side af vejen der en en lille pool den gør ikke meget væsen af sig men den er der og vores søn nød en tur i den. Morgenmad er meget standard af hvad man kan forvente tænker også her at prisen spiller...
