"What a great location. Right on the beach. The windows were amazing and views stunning. The split level layout made it easy for one of the older couples to only walk up a few steps to their bedroom after walking up the flight of stairs to get to the main floor. The property description is accurate but pay attention to the stairs. The kitchen was great with anything you would need in the cupboards. "We booked this home for a family reunion and it did not disappoint. The home had all the basics for big family get togethers and the views were spectacular. The beds were very comfortable. There was plenty of space for our kids, their cousin, aunts, and uncles and was accomodating for kids to be entertained and for the adults to relax."

"Cute kitschy beach house. Very convenient location to the beach. Overall, met our needs with our two littles - loved all the books and vintage decor in the house (including children’s books and stuffies)! Two points to note would be 1) the driveway is indeed very steep and 2) the dining table over carpet and rolling chairs were not great for feeding kids 3 and under."

"This is a beautiful home which is well equipped to host a large family. The kitchen is really well stocked with kitchenware for whatever you choose to cook. A walk out the back brings you right to the beach. We loved our stay!"

"Convenient and good privacy with a property that really has all you could ask for: comfort, 3 baths, game room, fireplace and enough seating for our group of eight."

"Small and Quarky property. Perfect for A Bestie's Trip. Back yard and home were cute. My only real concern with this property is the "Door lock" on the Deck room....A light kick would defeat that pin lock easily as the handle lock is Toasted. Please consider changing that for safety reasons. Would Recommend "

"We loved our stay at The Whale! Over 30 family members of all ages fit comfortably in this accommodation! The home is a bit older, and some things are worn out, but with close beach access sand can reek havoc! We were in close proximity to so many amenities such as waterfalls, lighthouses, deep sea fishing and whale watching not to mention the five minute walk to beach! Any issues we had with the house were quickly handled. As mentioned in other reviews, the electric outlets on the third floor...
