Private ferieboliger i Newport

"The location of this house was our favorite feature - it was convenient to downtown Newport and walkable to Easton’s beach. The listing said it was equipped for 5 guests, with a trundle bed and pull out coach in addition to the main bed. There were no linens for the trundle or pull out coach. On our second night, we were unable to get the air conditioning to turn on, and the space was very humid and warm. We could not get the tv to turn on, which wasn’t a big deal to us but slightly...

"Great stay. Very close to the beach. Would highly recommend"

"Ideal property to enjoy all Middletown & Newport have to offer!"

"I had a great stay here with my dog. The property is on a beautiful quiet street, but still walkable to Newport and the water. Inside was cozy and clean. The fenced-in yard was an added bonus when traveling with dogs. Had a lovely weekend in Newport and will definitely be staying here again!"

"The property was very clean. The unit was quiet and easy to access. The only issue is that there is no parking. We did know that but it would be nice to share parking with larger units."

"Very cozy and clean. Great location to Thames St and to Castle Hill Inn.( son was getting married)"

"There was an overflowing 5 gallon bucket in closet collecting drainage from AC and it caused wet subfloor that lingered for our stay. There was lichen growing in the closet behind the bucket. The third party management place was responsive on the app but came out only once to check things out…I emptied water twice in two days and the owner did nothing to compensate or otherwise directly communicate with me about it all. For the money I paid, I expected better. Had I let it go, the place...

"The house was clean and spacious. The kitchen was well equipped. Bathrooms had towels, shampoo, body wash. The yard was large and fully fenced in for our 2 dogs. The host was very responsive and kind of we needed anything. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks Danielle"

"Definitely will stay here again. Very clean, cozy and welcoming. Unfortunately, we were not able to use the outside deck, pool and fire pit as it was during the Nor'easter, but we still enjoyed our weekend. 5 minute drive to Newport. The owner Kristen was accomodating and quick with responses to our emails. Highly recommend staying here. Thank you Kristen"

"Connie is an incredible host! Her home is cozy, cute, and in an excellent location with reserved parking, which made everything so easy. She has really thought of everything . The lovely little lights along the stairs were such a welcome touch, especially in an unfamiliar setting. The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom even had every kind of extra essential in case you forgot something or need beach towels and chairs for a trip down to the water. The food she provided was delicious and...

"The location and home was perfect for our family! The host was extremely responsive and very helpful (and proactive) on providing local eating recommendations! The living areas were spacious and the kitchen had high grade appliances. We were pleased all around! Thank you."
