"This is a wonderful cottage close to beaches and downtown Newport. The house is very well appointed and comfortable with great outdoor space as well. Our host was terrific, very cordial and responsive!"

"Awesome house and wonderful hosts. We were in town for Newport Folk Fest. This place is a short drive or bike ride from the venue. Very comfortable for our group of 6 people. A huge plus is that each bedroom has its own bathroom with shower! Truly a rare find in rental houses and key for a group. The yard is beautiful and peaceful. Very functional space. Katie and Bryan were excellent hosts, very easy to communicate with and accommodating. "

"Absolutely perfect spot and home. Close enough to everything one wants to be close to while being outside of the hustle and bustle. Beautiful outside dining was perfect for morning coffee while kiddo played in the yard. The third bedroom was also the tv room, which meant negotiating shared space, but it all worked out. "We were very happy with the location and accessibility to Newport. The place was surprisingly spacious with a good kitchen, fridge/freezer and counter space. The bathroom and shower were also very good (the shower being much needed after days on the water!). I'd also like to compliment Sherri for being very quick to address an issue that was unexpected on our first night there. A responsive host makes a big diffference and she was excellent!"
