THE SPACE: This newly re-furnished, 1 Bedroom/1 Bath with sleeper sofa in the Blue Ridge Mountains is the perfect spot for your next mountain getaway! Community amenities and located close to skiing, hiking, shops, and restaurants. Unwind on the covered deck equipped with a gas grill, Futon loveseat, chairs, and outdoor dining table. The house is Pet friendly with a pet fee of $100.

The living room features a 32¨ Smart TV/cable with lots of comfortable seating including a large couch and swivel chair to kick back and relax.

The beautiful kitchen is fully stocked with your basic cooking needs such as cookware, drip coffee maker, dishware, flatware and full size stove, and refrigerator.

The cozy bedroom features a full size bed and 32¨ Smart TV with full closet and dresser.

The sleeper sofa is located in the living room and easily pulls out into a queen size bed. The bed can easily be packed away each morning. The home is equipped with two mobile floor AC units, one for each room, however most of the year it’s cool and nice to open up the windows.

The bathroom features a shower-tub and vanity with sink, and toilet. Towels and washcloths are provided.

PARKING: Convenient parking with easy one step access to the covered deck. Gravel driveway will accommodate two vehicles on one side, and the second driveway is able to fit another vehicle.

COMMUNITY AMMENITIES: Land Harbor beach and lake access, outdoor pool, hiking trails, golf, tennis, and fishing (A fishing license must be obtained through Land Harbors POA office or the police department in addition to your North Carolina fishing license).
