Charlestown Central 2 Bedrooms Back Unit with Kitchenette

This unit is a rest place for workers, we don’t recommend family and children stay unless your family is on tight budget. This 2 bedrooms back house shed conversion is tiny and renovated. There is no full Kitchen, kitchenette only available with cups, plates, cutleries, pots, fry pan, portable hotplate, portable oven, microwave, fridge, dining area with dining table + chairs, free WIFI, no dishwasher, no dryer, no couch, no living room. It has 1 reverse cycle Airconditioner in a hall way with heating and cooling, bedrooms has portable fans or portable heaters. The rear of this unit is undercover with BBQ, washing machine, small outdoor table and chairs. It conveniently locate within walking distance to Charlestown Square shopping centre, 10 mins drive to Dudley beach, national park, Yuelarbah walking track, Cave beach, 15 mins drive to Newcastle, 40 mins drive to Hunter Valley wine region, 1hr drive to Nelson Bay and Toboggan Hill Park.

The front house is rented out to other guests during your stay. There is no parking on the drive way or garage. Guests stay in front house will park on the driveway and guests stay at this back unit will park free on front street.

We provide donnas and covers, bedsheets, pillows and covers for 2 Queen beds. NO BATH TOWELS provided, please bring your own bath towels.

Check in: on or after 3pm, door code will be provided before arrival for self check in as it often changing for security purposes. Extra fee $50 apply for early check in before 3pm

Check out: latest 10am, before check out: wash all dirty dishes, all rubbish to outside bins, move furniture back to same position you found it. Our housekeeper is always scheduled at the property on time 10am, so late check out must be request in advance. Another $50 apply for late check out after 10am.

Early check in and late check out: request at the time of booking for availability and pay fees.

* Not suitable for Pet and kids. You can bring children but this unit is not suitable for kids cos its tiny
* Pet or extra guest will be charged extra $25 per pet or per person per night on top of your already paid booking
* No locked gate

* Strictly NO party or events : guests might be asked to leave without refund if there is noise complaint. You will received money request of 1K from us for extra visitors or loud noise after 9pm or any event/function / get together at this house
* All appliances and heater (except fridge) to turn off when no one at home
* If you stay on Thursday evening, please take garbage bins to the street like the neighbours for collection early Friday morning. We really appreciate this.

Sometimes we update our linens, bedding stuff, furniture, decorations but don’t update our pictures.
