"Fantastic location. Ideal for what we needed but also really rural-feeling and peaceful. We found it quiet and charming. We enjoyed wandering in amongst the old orchard and down through the copse, across the scrubland that forms part of the floodplain of the Tyne. It was good to know there are badgers around although we weren’t lucky enough to see anyway. The dawn chorus was impressive. Very pleasant indeed. Definitely will book again if we’re back in the area. "

"This apartment is tucked away on a nice quiet street, with a friendly pub half a street down. The level of cleanliness in the property was some of the best I have seen; you can clearly see that the owner cares about her business and customers! We had a lovely stay and got lots of activities done, from a boat tour in seahouses (40min drive) to see seals and dolphins, to an audio tour of warkworth castle (10min drive) and many other things along the way. Thanks for a great stay, we will be back!...

"We really enjoyed staying in Saddlers cottage, it was perfect. Cosy, lovely decor, welcoming, and a very comfortable bed!The bathroom may benefit from a stronger light as it was dull, saying that, it was winter time.We loved it so much, I'm staying there with my bridesmaids a few days before my wedding!"
