"We loved our stay in Apple Valley! This was our first time using VRBO. The host was very responsive and kind. The house was very clean and had everything we needed and more! The updated interior was both beautiful and comfortable. I enjoyed the local artists work displayed throughout the home-such a nice touch! Plenty of extra blankets including throw blankets in the living room. Although we only stayed a weekend I miss drinking my coffee with a view of the lake. Highly recommend!"

We played pool, walked the dirt country road, and our dog loved the fenced in yard. It's close to Mount Vernon, Kenyon College, Mohican Park, Kokosing Gap Trail, and several golf courses."

It's clean. It's neat. We stayed for three nights. Made breakfast in the morning with their delicious fresh eggs. It was so quiet. Quite lovely in the mornings. If I had one small complaint (which really are just my preferences) the bed is quite small if you are a bigger person, which my husband and I both...

The view of Buckeye Lake was lovely to have while I worked from the kitchen table. I was traveling alone, and there was more than enough space for just me. But the house has more than enough room to accommodate the eight people it can sleep comfortably."

Very clean and safe. Just be aware: it's a dirt road and when they say secluded, they mean it- cell service may not work. Overall 10/10, would stay again!"

"I wanted a place for peace and solitude and man, this place was amazing! The cabin was perfectly equipped, the hosts were fabulous, and the hot tub was great after a day spent hiking and exploring nearby. There are little side quests if you need to venture out - like seeing the giant apple basket in Dresden, Honey Run Waterfall, covered bridges, Amish bakeries, Roscoe Village, etc. I hope to be back on my next break-cation.
