"I liked the modern feel of the Tru. Carpets in hotel rooms always make me a little uneasy from a cleanliness viewpoint, so I was pleased to see hard flooring. The beds were very comfortable and the bedding was fresh and felt soft on the skin.
Bathroom was spacious, clean and was well stocked with basic toiletries and a hairdryer.
Mini fridge in room was handy for keeping drinks cool. Adjustable AC in the room was a plus as it was over 30 degrees during our stay.
Check in and out very smooth....

"It's beautiful but kind of like not noticing when you pull in, and the AC was very very inefficient, I asked for a fan and I guess it's ok but honestly you should look into fixing the AC to central air or something not the indoor stand-up ones like what's there. Other than that beautiful."

"Overall this property was fine, the other issues I had were the doors to the room did not shut properly and I had a hard time locking them. You had to put the door handle in the upright position for it to be fully closed and locked, and it took a lot to do that. Also, the bathroom door did not shut all the way and the shower filled with water at the bottom while in it. Overall, a nice, quiet property that suited our needs. "

"Very nice and clean studio apartment. The hotel has an indoor pool and a fitness room. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Free shuttle to the airport and the mall. Very good breakfast and they even served a free dinner 4 days a week (Monday-Thursday)"

Very close to the mall and surrounding restaurants making it the perfect spot to stay. Loved the GF options for food as someone with celiac disease many hotels I have stayed at do not offer GF so that was a huge plus! We will be staying here again and its pet friendly !!! One of my hotel favorites for me and my daughter. !!"

"Rigtig fint hotelværelse med gode senge. Vi var fire voksne i et bærelse med to queens og en sovesofa. Aircon fungerede godt, god bruser og mange parkeringspladser.
Morgenmadsbuffet var ok, men maden ved aften menu i restaurant, var meget kedeligt, stegt for længe.

"The room was 110% better than the one on Oswego Rd in Liverpool.. The outer property could use a little TLC ...Over All - Nice/Clean rooms for the price. Will use them again... Plus - When parking your vehicle ,you can back right up to your room door on and AWESOME LOCATION - To Thru way and Restaurants...The bed was so comfortable enough I sleep for the first time in a 7 day stay in the area .."
