"We had a great stay at the Chalet. It was exactly as advertised. We enjoyed the wood burning fireplace and hot tub. The kitchen was well equipped and the furnishings were very inviting. The Chalet is a quick 10-15 minute drive from all the dining and shopping in Jim Thorpe. We went back and forth a few times and it was super easy. Would definitely recommend staying here! We'll be back in the warmer (less icey) weather to do some hiking and more exploring! "

"The owner needs to visit the property and give it an overall cleaning and update. It seems this is being rented out while being renovated. There was mail in the box and a package on the steps that gave the impression the property had not been visited in a bit. The dead bird on the front walk way had been there awhile too (Owner was responsive in having someone remove it). The batteries are low on the keyless entree. "The house was clean, well-appointed, and fit our needs well. Other than the propane issue that was resolved fast, the management company could ensure better supplies of paper towels and cleaning supplies for longer stays. Overall a very good stay, thank you!"

"Caroline was super welcoming and thoughtful. We were having a bit of trouble with the app, but were able to get everything sorted with the customer service team easily. Our stay was comfortable and easy to get around Easton/Bethlehem from the house. "
