Great weekend away! The property was walkable to the beach, close to grocery store, had a grill for us to use! And, even came stocked with snacks. Carmen was very responsive and accommodating with any requests we had. Would definitely recommend!

Our stay at the Zen Retreat was exceptional. The property was well maintained and clean. The decor is very calming as well as the direct ocean views from the living space and the master bedroom. Attention to detail in this unit is unmatched. There is a fully stocked coffee bar and a variety of beach necessities. This townhome is conveniently located to local shopping and eateries. Our host, Carmen, was quick to respond to all questions. She was very responsive and friendly and provided all necessary information for check in. The whole process was extremely stress free and she was the perfect host. I highly recommend Carmen and The Zen Retreat. It was the most relaxing vacation. Slept so good. Watched the most beautiful sunrises and actually caught a rocket launch while there. I will be a repeat visitor. 10/10

I travel to New Smyrna Beach 2 to 3 times a year to visit with my son and family. I like to be close to the beach and near the amenities that might be needed. This was my first time trying this condo. I would have to say that it checks all the boxes! The condo is located within a short drive to markets, a number of restaurants and down town NSB. The condo is not directly on the beach, but a very short walk through the property. The beach location is ideal with a private walkway. (It is located on a no drive section of beach) i like the fact that I can invite my granddaughter over for a beach weekend. They provide a small wagon, beach gear, towels to have a fun day with family. There is also a large built in pool to utilize on property. The condo itself is well appointed, with plenty of towels and beach towels and supplies. There is also a washer and dryer on location. The kitchen was stocked and ready, even with the small needful details in place. It is bright and spacious! There was plenty of space to stretch out and not be on top of each other. The secondary bedroom is a great place for the kids, a mini clubhouse with sofa, and full size bunk beds with a flat screen TV! I found the property to be very clean and the beds to be very comfortable. I would highly recommend this for a couple or a small family! In closing, my last comment would be that the hosts were attentive and kind with wonderful attention to detail. I will definitely be using this as my go to in the future. D

We had such an amazing stay at the Zen Beach Retreat. Carmen was a wonderful host, and the townhouse was graciously appointed. It was a rainy weekend, but we still had an excellent time. We loved the layout of the house and its proximity to so many amenities. We will be back!

Zen Retreat was by far one of, if not the best Vrbo’s I have ever stayed at. Home was clean, kitchen well stocked above average. Coffee bar was amazing and showed how above average this home was ready to receive guests. Location to beach was perfect, just a few steps away. Could not have located a better spot for a week long stay or just a quick weekend. Great home and host. 5-stars all the way.

Where do I begin? Zen Beach Retreat is perfectly named…the entire unit whispered calmness and serenity from the minute we walked thru the door! Beautifully appointed home away from home with soothing colors and decor throughout. Location was easy access to the beach (literally steps away!) and short drive to all local restaurants and atttractions! Photos are spot on, my family of 4 adults (my husband and I plus our 21 and 23 year old son and daughter) had plenty of space to stretch out and relax during our downtime. The amenities were everything and more!! From the fully stocked kitchen supplies to the comfy bedding and furniture, to the loaded snack tray and coffee bar to the beach accessories like chairs and umbrellas and towels and toys to the linens and bath towels provided…Carmen and Manny have thought of EVERYTHING when offering this rental. From our first message with Carmen during the booking process to our check out she couldn’t have been more helpful and accommodating to our needs! We will definitely return here (and we don’t typically visit a destination more than once!). We will recommend Zen Beach Retreat to anyone looking for a beach getaway that feels like home!

Our stay at the Zen Beach Retreat was amazing. The Townhouse was exquisitely decorated, very clean, and the check-in process was as easy as it could get.By far the most important thing I can say about the retreat is that the owners were fantastic to deal with. They were very quick to respond to any messages I sent them. They were very accommodating to our late arrival and late departure. For that we appreciate them very much. Our daughters really enjoyed their room, the location to everything and the ease of the beach access. If you are looking for a fantastic location to get away in Florida, I would highly recommend Zen Beach Retreat in New Smyrna Beach!!!

Perfect beach getaway

This is a wonderful place to stay at NSB. No high rise elevators to deal with. Park right in front of your unit and right out to the beach! The townhouse is spacious and clean! They supply you with bottled water and lots of snacks! There is everything you need for the beach…chairs, towels, wagon, toys. I will definitely go back there again!!

Perfect Townhome for the family!

We did not plan to come to NSB intentionally but I am so glad our trip was detoured. I can’t rave about this beautiful home enough! I’ve never stayed in a place so accommodating to guests and stocked with everything. It’s functional, it’s beautiful, and it’s comfortable! Each room is stocked with blankets, linens, and pillows. If you like to cook on vacation there is everything you need, even a fully stocked coffee and snack bar. Want espresso instead? There’s an espresso machine too! There are toys, games, beach towels, coolers, a wagon, and anything you need for the beach/pool. The community is quiet and access to beach is steps away. 8 minute drive to the main shopping/restaurants. There’s a market across the street for groceries/needs. What a hidden gem and we can’t wait to come back to visit again.

Great place to stay, so clean!

If I could give this property six stars, I would. From the moment we checked in to the moment we checked out, this is maybe the cleanest, nicest property we’ve ever stayed in. Right on the ocean. Incredible communication with the property owner Carmen. Whatever you might need, they have thought of. Even the towels were plush. Look forward to staying you again.

Beautiful Condo

The Condo was lovely. Very modern and updated. There were many extra touches and amentities that really gave it a special touch(coffee bar and supplies along with snacks). The hosts were amazing to work with even though we really didn't have any issues. Our only disappointment was that there was no hot tub even though it was listed. And although there was a pool, it was not heated. I might also let people know that there are four levels of steps just in case they have trouble with mobility.

Lovely Stay in New Smyrna

The Zen Beach Retreat was a lovely place to stay during our recent visit to New Smyrna Beach. The hosts were very communicative and check in and out was smooth. The location is right on the beach and a short drive from Flagler. The condo was well appointed, clean, very comfortable, and nicely decorated. We would definitely return on our next trip to the area.

Wish we could've stayed longer!

The property was spotless and unbelievably equipped with everything you could possibly need! We were treated to plenty of coffee and snacks...even some for our ever hungry poodle! Steps to the beach - great for shelling, and for viewing Cape Canaveral launches...we saw 2! Close to Flagler shopping and a great national park/beach. Wish we could've stayed longer, but we'll be back next January, hopefully!

Best beach stay!

Steps from the beach and a pool. This condo has everything. Great location. Beautifully decorated. I love the floor plan with a large living area and eat-in kitchen. The host provides several kinds of coffee makers, snacks, paper products, beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, beach toys. So much more than other places we’ve stayed. Very clean and the linens and bath towels are of excellent quality. This is our second time staying here.

Great place to enjoy the beach and Disney

We stayed here because we didn't want to stay in Disney, but still wanted to go to the parks. It was just over an hour drive from the airport and to the parks which was really easy. The place itself was perfect for a family! Two big bedrooms, 2.5 baths, and everything was really new and clean. We were steps from the beach and pool and I saw some of the most beautiful sunrises of my life :) Would def recommend for anyone that wants to enjoy Disney but also wants to relax at the beach. It was the perfect combination!
