The house and location were amazing! We had plenty of room for our group and everything we needed. The house was clean and beautiful. We greatly appreciated the beach chairs and towels, too. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We had a great time. They have everything you need to enjoy a great stay. This house is in a great location to the beach, just a few steps away. Beds were comfortable for everyone’s stay. I loved the table in the back to have lunch with the family.

Only two things you may need to look into . One is the stove downstairs left front burner did not work Second found a long dark hair in the king size bed downstairs . Besides that it was great place and very control the beach

The property was beautiful and clean. Location was perfect and just what we were looking for. Close enough to Flagler Ave for a short drive but far enough the beaches were less busy. Thrilled with the property and our experience!

Loved the location of the property - so close to the beach with easy access! We rented both the upstairs and downstairs units which gave us plenty of space and the accommodations were very nice. Great outdoor spaces and beach chairs, towels, etc were available to use. Property is also an easy drive to all the wonderful restaurants of NSB. Highly recommend!

Our bachelorette group had an amazing stay at this VRBO in New Smyrna Beach! The house was perfectly spacious and cozy, providing plenty of room for everyone to relax. We especially loved enjoying a private chef dinner at the house on Friday—it made for such a special and memorable evening. Highly recommend for a fun and comfortable getaway!

Great location steps to the beach & just past where there is vehicle parking/driving on the beach, so you have access to beach without sharing with vehicles - so nice, but also only 1 block from access to beach access if you would like to drive and park on the beach. Easy access to town with car or if you don’t mind walking a bit. Great patio/outdoor space for grilling. Plenty of easy access parking. Comfy beds.

The house was perfect for our extended family vacation! We loved being able to walk back and forth to the beach, and the separated units were great with the different ages! The house was clean and well stocked with everything we needed to cook. The location was perfect and helped create memories!

All 8 of us golfing friends thoroughly enjoyed our one night stay. Location is excellent and we especially enjoyed the outdoor area. The interior design was excellent. Bedrooms were comfortable for all. We might make this an annual event.

Beautiful home. Very cozy and inviting. Loved that there was an additional refrigerator in the laundry room. Really enjoyed the sitting area outside. Perfect location!!! Property manager was really nice and helpful and even checked on us to make sure we made it home safely. Will definitely revisit this home in the future.

We got to spend Mom’s 82nd birthday together. Siblings. We were all very comfortable and enjoyed the place very much. Close to Chase’s restaurant and tiki bar. Fun walking and driving on the beach.

This property is fantastic. Two units give flexibility and a little separation for larger group. Units are nicely appointed, comfortable and well maintained. Major plus is proximity to the beach - it was easy to access despite hurricane repairs ongoing. Property is convenient to restaurants, grocery, etc. Hosts were immediately responsive to questions and extremely welcoming. Couldn't have asked for a better stay.

This is the second year for our family Thanksgiving at the Atlantic House! Our 3-generation group ranges in age from late 20s to late 80s, so the extra space & ample parking lets us spread out. Having two kitchens is a huge bonus, and the easy walk to the beach is just a cherry on top. We have zero complaints and lots of praise for this property.

We had a fantastic stay at the Atlantic House. The property was perfect for our three-generation family vacation. There was enough space for everyone and lots of space to be together, inside and out. The property is very close to the beach and just south of where vehicles can drive, so it was quiet, too. We'll be back!

The Atlantic House is the perfect location for days on the beach! The house itself is actually two units (up and down) and that worked perfectly for our large group (10 of us!). The units were meticulously clean, well appointed and supplied and just perfect. We'll be back!
