This large 4 bedroom, 2 bath home is a quick 30 second walk to the beach with an open layout, large comfy bedrooms, and one-of-a-kind amenities. Challenge your friends or family to a laid back game of pool or a riveting game of ping pong; recreate your favorite dishes in the fully-equipped chef's kitchen; unwind with the group in the roomy lanai overlooking the oversized private fully-fenced grass yard with bbq grill!

One (1) Ring doorbell camera is at the front entrance and turned on. Recordings of audio and video take place at the front door area when motion is detected. One (1) Minut noise monitoring device in the main room is on. Minut is camera-free and doesn't record, collect, store or share personal data.

Booking guest must review and e-sign the property Rental Agreement before check-in.

A $500.00 USD security hold will be separately pre-authorized on your credit card on file by Fun Coast Rentals one (1) day before arrival and will be released within two (2) days following departure, provided no damages are found at the property. For stays longer than 4-7 days (depending on credit card used), the security hold will be released and re-held each 4-7 day period of your stay.

Parking:
Maximum four (4) car-sized or smaller vehicles per booking are permitted. Garage and driveway parking. All are offered free of charge to guests.

This property is dog friendly (2 dogs max) with a Pet Fee of $190.02 USD + Tax. Dogs must be cleaned up after throughout guest's stay and must never be permitted on any furniture or left unattended at the property. Please be sure to disclose accurate pet count when booking. Legal ADA Service Animals (dogs or miniature horses only) are always welcome and do not need to be included in the pet count when booking. Please note that an Emotional Support Animal (ESA) does not qualify as a Service Animal in the State of Florida.
