Important Information Regarding Beach Restoration
Thank you for considering a stay with us.
Beach restoration is currently underway in our area. This necessary project is designed to improve our coastline, but it brings some temporary changes to our beach experience.
What to Expect:
You may see, hear, and feel vibrations from heavy machinery (bulldozers, pipes) on the beach, especially during business hours. We believe in transparency and want to ensure you have all the information to decide if this is the right time for your visit. While the work is intended to be completed behind our complex by April 10th, there still may be work being done south of us. As a result, last minute bookings are discounted during this time and reflected in the rate shown.

This 2 bedroom/2 bath is on the ground floor overlooking our seasonally heated pool with easy walking access to parking and the beach. Nicely furnished with a king bed in the main bedroom and 2 twin beds in guest room. The living/dining areas overlook the sparkling pool and the garden patio offers ocean and pool views to enjoy sunrises and sunsets.
This unit does not have use of washer and dryer and is discounted for that reason. Coin operated laundry room is nearby.

Unit Supplies: There will be a starter supply of toilet paper and hand soap when you arrive but you may need to purchase paper and cleaning products (paper towels, laundry detergent, toilet paper, etc.) as needed. Beach towels and beach chairs are provided.
