Seeking an authentic NOLA neighborhood experience? Just a short walk from the historic St. Charles Ave, where you can get on the streetcar “trolley” that'll take you to the French Quarter is a new construction 2 story 5 bedroom 2.5 bathroom spacious house. With a bohemian/modern decor vibe, you’ll find yourself right in the middle of all New Orleans has to offer. Being located in Central City, in close proximity to all parts of the city, makes our place an ideal accommodation for all.

BEDROOM 3 White/Blue - Has 4 full-size beds comfortably sleeps 1 or 2 people on each bed, depending on size of individual, this is an open loft area room.
BEDROOM 4- Cream/Black - queen size bed
BEDROOM 5 - Gold/black - queen size bed
BATHROOM 2 Located in the hallway of the bedrooms

KITCHEN- is fully equipped with modern appliances, fridge, microwave, coffee maker; blender, dishes, cups etc.

DINING ROOM & LIVING ROOM – Open floor plan allows enough space for 10 people to lounge in the living room and dining comfortably. Wifi , included – 55” smart tv.

PARKING- There is free street parking.

We send our guests an illustrated pdf before their stay with a list of initial supplies we provide and recommendations for some of our favorite local spots!

Guest access
Our guests will have full private access to the entire home.

Check-in anytime after 4:00 PM

Other things to note
THIS ISN'T A PARTY HOUSE, please avoid an unsatisfactory experience due to cancellation for being sneaky about the number of guests on your reservation.

ADDITIONAL RULES

~~MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY 10~~
ONLY registered guests are allowed in the property at ALL TIMES.

~~GUEST REGISTRATION~~
Main guest and 1 additional guest must be registered with a valid picture ID. All remaining adult guests 18+ will be registered by full name, prior to check-in. Check in details shared once registered.
Local guests must be 25+. Emergency contact will be shared through a form. Address shared upon booking.

~~NO SMOKING AT ALL~~
Inside the home. You may smoke outside in the backyard only. Violations will be immediately reported, and the $900 fine will be guests responsibility.

~~NO PETS ~~
Service animals will incur an additional fee for non-routine cleaning and damages.
~~NO LOUD MUSIC ~~


REMINDERS:
~~CHECK IN/CHECK OUT~~
CHECK IN is anytime after 4:00 PM.
CHECK OUT is at 11:00 AM. To respect the Housekeeper's time any late check out will incur a $59 fee, for every 30 mins.
An early check-in or late checkout must be arranged in advance. If available $49 per hour will apply to each request.

~~SURVEILLANCE CAMERA/NOISE SENSOR ~~
Camera covers the front entry only. Noise levels above 75 decibels prompt a message to lower the volume. Repeated violations will result in termination, if police are involved; $1,000 fine. Devices are not to be tampered with.

~ HOUSEHOLD ITEMS~
Missing or damaged items will result in a replacement fee. Towels and comforters are for their intended use only, and stains will require replacement.

~~PROPERTY RELATED KEYS~~
Failure to return any keys will incur a $100 replacement fee.
$200 for lock-out service fee from 6 pm-8 am.

~~MAILBOX~~
No mail delivered here
