We are a few blocks from Crescent Park, a 1.4-mile, 20-acre urban linear park, that connects to the Mississippi riverfront and guides you into the French Quarter. Unwind in this newly constructed building offering great amenities including a refreshing pool, fitness center, and secure parking, ensuring a truly indulgent stay.

The Space:
This adorable and bright condo has a great open floor plan which makes it super functional and spacious for guests. The fully stocked kitchen leads into the living room with a tv for the streamers. It is full of NOLA charm and leads to the private balcony. The kitchen has all that is needed for anyone who wants to enjoy a home cooked meal. The bedrooms are super comfortable and the primary has an ensuite bathroom.

Guest Access:
Our guests will have access to everything in the house including the laundry and everything in the kitchen! There is also a pool and gym for guest use.

Other Things to Note:
This is a condo unit in a building and there are rules in place on noise and shared spaces. Please be respectful of others.

This unit is currently for sale. Showing may occur during your stay. We will coordinate at least 24 hours in advance.

Interaction with Guests:
