The home offers plenty of room for families, friends, couples traveling together, or groups visiting New Orleans for a weekend getaway.



After a day exploring the city, come home to comfortable Comphy spa-quality linens, relax in the living room, prepare dinner in the fully stocked kitchen, or enjoy some fresh air from the back balcony.



And unlike many New Orleans homes, you'll also have private driveway parking for 1–2 vehicles, making getting around much easier.

Guest Access:

This is a duplex, so there is a separate residence next door with a long-term tenant. The homes have separate entrances and living spaces. You may occasionally see or hear the neighbor, just as you would in a traditional New Orleans neighborhood.



There is no backyard, but guests have access to the private back balcony as well as the shared front porch.



The Neighborhood:

You'll be staying in a classic, urban New Orleans residential neighborhood, surrounded by the architecture, character, and everyday life that make the city so unique.



This is a great location for guests who want to experience more than just the French Quarter. You'll be within easy reach of some of New Orleans' best restaurants, bars, coffee shops, music venues, and neighborhood attractions.

The Freret street restaurant corridor is 3 blocks away. The St Charles street car and gorgeous mansions are 10 blocks away.



Pro tip: New Orleans is a neighborhood city. Give yourself time to wander, eat too much, stop for a cocktail, and follow the music.



Getting Around:

The private driveway parking is a major convenience if you choose to drive.



Uber and Lyft are readily available throughout New Orleans, and taxis are also an option.



Depending on where you're headed, you can also explore portions of the city by walking, biking, or using public transportation.



For major events, festivals, Mardi Gras, Jazz Fest, and other busy weekends, we recommend planning transportation ahead of time.



Other Things to Note:

No locals allowed. All locals must reach out before booking. If you book without reaching out and your phone or id is local, your reservation will automatically be cancelled without a refund. No parties or gathers of any kind. No pets allowed. Quiet hours between 10-8. No smoking in home, marijuana or cigarettes, or a $500 fine will be assessed. 6 Person max occupancy at all times. This home does not include the backyard. The next door neighbor has access to the backyard and has two dogs.
