"We had three peaceful and relaxing nights at this comfortable cottage in the woods. There were deer and bunnies, black squirrels and lots of birds outside, but inside was a nicely appointed and well equipped space perfect for unwinding.The location allows exploration of the more rural part of Bucks County, with lots of winding roads and working farm country to explore. And all of the more civilized assets of that part of Pennsylvania are not far away. It was a good, low-key visit. Thank you!"

"Very nice house to use as a base for a Doylestown wedding. Nothing fancy, but we weren't there that much. Very clean, comfortable and quiet with a nice kitchen. Great AC! The one problem was the entrance--It was very hard to find even when we knew it was hidden. Also it was hard to get out on the very busy road--visibility from the driveway to the road was obscured even for a right turn."

"Stayed with girlfriends for the night. The main area is cosy with great character. Bedrooms are roomy. The best is the outdoor space!! "

Sarah is a great host and was contacted easily. Philadelphia is a short drive away so you have both the History of Valley Forge And Philly on your doorstep,"

"Property was not exactly as described. Comfortable beds. Great location. Would recommend. Only issue was parking. Free lot was full and couldn’t fit our larger vehicle anyways. Paid lot was expensive. "

"The hosts were generous and kind. The home was spacious, clean, and very well stocked with essentials. The outdoor space was also well maintained and had a lot of space for kids to run around. The staircases were steep and would probably have been a deterrent if I saw a picture of them beforehand. "

"We loved the location and charm. The bed in the loft is a little tricky for 70 yr olds to get into and be comfortable. The living space and laundry areas were perfect. Nice kitchen with everything needed. We will come back!!"
