"The host was very communicative, the yacht was in good shape, and the marina was modern and centrally located. We especially liked the proximity to the ferry, and the bath house was an important resource to leverage in order to efficiently get through showers with five people. Besides for the two bedrooms, there are plenty of unique spots to unwind and sleep, both inside and out on deck. "

"We’d never stayed in a houseboat previously, and I’m surprised how much we loved the stay on the “Blue Pearl”. My kids loved the loft, and the gentle boat rocking. The location was excellent— a short ferry ride to long wharf, and we even had a front row view to the Harborfest fireworks. It was great having a kitchen & full-size fridge to cook dinners/breakfasts.The marina itself was super quiet, and we had a quiet restful stay. "It was the perfect spot to get together with some friends for a chill but unique experience! It was very walkable and the views were beautiful. We spent most of our visit just hanging out on the boat playing cards and making memories! And there were three fun bars right on the marina which were great. "This was the best place we have ever stayed. This boat is perfect and the location is amazing. Jon and Karen were so responsive and helpful. The bathrooms are small and could be difficult to manage but that’s to be expected on a boat. The banana bread (baked by Karen) and other pastries were a great grab and go either late night or in the mornings. This was a great experience in the harbor - seeing the other boats and watching the ships come thru. We loved it! "

The owners let us know ahead of time that Sherrie, the property manager, would be meeting us at the pier to show us to the property. This was a little confusing when I was originally told, but made total sense when we got there! If Sherrie hadn’t met up with us, we would have been lost!
