There were broken tiles on the floor, the side of the tub and on the walls.
There was clear signs of mold and water damage. This should have been renovated a long time ago.

Difficult to get there since the name and address was in english and not in chinese, so no cab drivers had heard about the place. Would recommend Expedia to write the chinese name and address of the hotel also in the details sent by e-mail."

It is located right on the edge of the 798 Art Zone which offers a lot, although it seemed like most attractions close pretty early and the lighting on the paths late at night is very dim. The staff was very helpful in checking me in and ordering cabs and finding late night food or drinks. Would recommend!"
