NO PETS ALLOWED, including SERVICE ANIMALS.
FYI..there is a functional train track behind privacy fence, it is a No Horn area.

Master Bedroom has king size bed with couch/futon. Futon folds out and can sleep 2. Master bathroom with walk-in shower and bear claw tub and walk-in closet.
The Guest Bedroom has Queen size bed with closet.
Full guest bathroom with walk-in shower.
Living room has sleeper sofa.
Full size kitchen with Coffee bar.
Complimentary coffee/snacks.
Guest access
Entry to property is via combination lock.
Other things to note
ABSOLUTELY NO PETS or SERVICE ANIMALS ALLOWED.
NO SMOKING inside house.
Please! If you smoke outside please dispose cigarette butts in trash bin NOT in yard.
NO PARTIES, NO EVENTS, NO LOUD MUSIC, quiet time after 10pm, please be mindful of neighbors .. Thank you.
