"Overall, we had a pleasant stay at the hotel, but one issue left us disappointed. We had paid for access to the wellness area, including the swimming pool. However, when we arrived at the pool, we were denied entry because our access had not been registered in the hotel's system. The staff member at the pool tried to contact the reception, but was unable to reach them because the reception was too busy. The much later the samme day, after I spoke with the reception, they acknowledged the mistake and gave us access to the pool. Unfortunately, by then our children already had other plans, so we were unable to make use of a service we had specifically paid for during our stay. We didnt got refund for 4 people. While I appreciate that the reception resolved the issue the next day, it should not have happened in the first place. Better communication and coordination between the reception and the wellness area would have prevented this inconvenience. Apart from this, the hotel was comfortable, and the staff were friendly. However, this experience had a negative impact on our overall impression."

"Hotellet har en fremragende placering på floden Donau. Det er gammelt men rent og pænt. Vi havde værelse mod floden og kunne følge de mange både, som stille og roligt bragte gods og turister frem. 100 meter og vi var direkte i den gamle by. Morgenmad kunne tilkøbes på et hotel på den anden side af gaden. Reception var utrolig hjælpsom, når man spurgte om noget. I forhold til prisen fås det ikke bedre."
