Welcome to our Neskowin home, we are truly glad you are here!

Terrace View sits up on a ridge as the last home on the road, surrounded by the Nestucca Bay National Wildlife Refuge. We are tucked in the trees, but still offer a sweeping view of the ocean that you can hear from every room.

The space
This house was first created to be our family home, with many family friendly touches. Newly renovated with modern furnishings, we can also provide everything you need to be comfortable if travelling with children (including a Fellow precision coffee maker and grinder available upon request!)

The main floor holds an open concept kitchen, living, dining room, an ocean facing deck. The 3 bedrooms are spread over two other floors, each with a king bed and ensuite bathroom. The rooms are designed for comfort, with luxury linens and black out curtains. We also provide a trundle bed and pull out queen couch to comfortably sleep 8 adults

Downstairs there is a comfortable common space for movies, games, and play, giving both adults and children room. We offer 3 decks, a hot tub with a view, and a sand pit complete with toys for the babes.

Neskowin beach is just minutes away, a hidden gem. Neskowin Provisions (a delicious bakery and corner store) and a seasonal ice cream bus sit at the entry to the beach. Neskowin creek flows through the beach meeting Proposal rock. The creek is a warm, slow moving waterway that is perfect for children and adults alike to play safely all day.

Neskowin itself is small and slow but Lincoln City and Pacific City are both 15 minutes away and offer anything you may need, from grocery stores to surfing lessons!
