This spacious and sunny Neskowin vacation rental has everything you need to enjoy a trip to the Coast: a huge deck for relaxing outside, easy access (just a few blocks) to the beach, and plenty of space for a group.



This cheery three-bedroom home is decorated with a touch of coastal Americana decor, including the nautical stripes on the comfy sofas. The living area is quite large, with a window seat and a wood stove to keep you cozy even on rainy days. There's a shelf well-stocked with board games, puzzles, and a Smart TV and a DVD player for relaxing movie nights.



When the weather is sunny, though, you may not be able to leave the deck! Wrapping around the house, you'll find plenty of seating and a gas grill for barbecues. Indoors, the bright kitchen has everything you might need to prepare meals; you'll just have to decide whether to eat at the table tucked into the kitchen, or out on the deck in the sunshine.



The loft-style layout has an open-air "window" that overlooks the living room below, so you can keep an ear on the little ones while the adults socialize below.



Along with plentiful space and a comforting environment, the home includes complimentary WiFi so you can stay connected to the office - or just check out tide tables for your big clamming adventure! There's also a washer/dryer to keep the kids in fresh clothes, even after spending all day on the beach. And this retreat is truly for the entire family: as a dog-friendly Oregon Coast vacation rental, up to two dogs are welcome to join you- though a nightly fee per dog and minimum fee per stay will apply. The fenced-in yard makes play-time safe for children and dogs alike.



Neskowin's magical beach - with Hawk Creek that runs into the ocean and scenic Proposal Rock - is just a few minutes walk away. The small but charming village also has an upscale market and a golf course, and of course, all the attractions of bustling Lincoln City are just a short drive to the south.

We truly want you to enjoy your time and make some wonderful memories with your group. That being said, this is not a party or gathering house for groups that can't control their noise levels. We have relationships with all of our neighbors who have our direct contact information. Quiet time is 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. Please stay indoors during this time, keep the windows and doors closed and keep the volume to an enjoyable but reasonable level. If it is loud enough to be heard outside in these conditions, it is too loud for you to remain our guest. This property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Again, please realize we want every group to enjoy their time, laugh, have fun and make memories. These devices are only to ensure noise levels don't reach a threshold that bothers our neighbors. Also, please note there is no electronic video surveillance monitoring the interior of the house.



DOG FRIENDLY: Two dogs welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific written approval. **There is a $100 pet fee per pet with a maximum of $200 (2 dogs). Although we are pet-friendly please note your pet must not be left unattended at the house without you present, even if in a crate/kennel. Failure to adhere to the house rules as it pertains to pets may result in cancellation of the booking with no refund. **
