"Staff was super nice. The apartment was clean and decorated wonderfully. Bed was comfy. Only thing is we were on the 4 floor and so lots of stairs. There was a new elevator but fits one person with luggage and very slow. Overall I would highly recommend this apartment and location is excellent. It also seems very safe place to stay. Loved this place. "

"We had the most wonderful stay here. There are a good chunk of stairs to get there but you walk out the font door onto shopping, restaurants, minutes to the Duomo, and Ponte Vecchio. (They do help with suitcases). The breakfasts were amazing. The bonus is Antonio who is incredibly helpful, funny, and kind. "

"A modern hotel, with nice well-decorated rooms and a free mini bar, which was quite a surprise. The staff is very friendly and the breakfast offers a great assortment. The hotel is about 1 km away from the cathedral, a 10-15 minutes walk. If you are sensitive towards streets sounds, you could ask for a room facing the back side, but the noise finished around midnight, so no big problem. Very recommendable and will surely stay here again if I get back to Florence."
