"Staff was super nice. The apartment was clean and decorated wonderfully. Bed was comfy. Only thing is we were on the 4 floor and so lots of stairs. There was a new elevator but fits one person with luggage and very slow. Overall I would highly recommend this apartment and location is excellent. It also seems very safe place to stay. Loved this place. "

"We had the most wonderful stay here. There are a good chunk of stairs to get there but you walk out the font door onto shopping, restaurants, minutes to the Duomo, and Ponte Vecchio. (They do help with suitcases). The breakfasts were amazing. The bonus is Antonio who is incredibly helpful, funny, and kind. "

In the rooms we had on the 1th floor, you could hear everything: The A/C-ventilator, every step of the people on the hallway, workmen hammering somewhere in the building and the traffic..
We did expect some noise, but this was much!! Earplugs are recommended!
The breakfast was ok, but due to rebuilding, there were lack of seats in the dining area, which in some mornings did, that some guest could not be seated.
