"We arrived at 6pm and was told our room was not ready. Check in time is from 3pm, but we were very rudely told that “there is no guarantee for when the room will be ready” and they could not even give us an estimate. In order to actually get a room we had to pay for an upgrade. Incredibly bad experience. The hotel is ok, most of the staff were nice, especially housekeeping and bell service, but the check in ruined our experience. Would not recommend or go back. "
"I stayed here for 7 days in April 2025. It is a perfect location! Easy to get to and from airport with CX bus and the Deuce bus to the strip (Ubers/taxi pickup right outside door as well). I did a lot of tours and they pickup from here as well.
Best of all is being right at Fremont street experience, my favorite party place of LV. As well as no resort fee.
Great bed, large room, good size bathroom with tub. Even though it is also famous for being hounted I can happily report, I did not...

It is a older authentic hotel, which shows in the state of the roons. But nice and clean room, and friendly staff.
It is right on Fremont Street so dont expect it to be quiet :)"
"READ THE SMALL PRINT! I was surprised by $22 amenity fee and $100 deposit upon checking in. I quickly booked the hotel, and didn’t realise that a deposit was required when checking in. The amenity fee was taken out of the deposit.
You get what you pay for. No more, and no less."
"A smaller retro hotel, a little Old on the looks but nice, clean and location close to Fremont.
But be aware that there is a Big night club in the same building and the bass can be heard and felt through the rooms.
Parking is crowded on weekends and loud guests fill the area all night.
We had car alarms go off right out side the room 4 times during one night..
Not much sleep.
Recommend to ask for a room furthest away from the lobby.

The parking on the other hand was an inconvenience it would’ve been nice if they let us know how to go about parking and paying. They didn’t let us know anything about the $35 dollar fee the hotel charges vs the City of LV parking charges. Very confusing and they need to let people know they offer that $35 dollar parking pass for unlimited access instead of having people pay the hourly or the $10 charge every time you leave the parking garage. "

"Room in the Gallery Tower was fantastic. Pretty new, large room, comfy bed, and great bathroom. The reception was more busy with flirting and talking with each other than helping us check in, and they forgot to inform us about multiple things that we were told about by the bell staff. "

For light sleepers, you can hear the neighbour and you can't black out your room with the blinds, but if you can live with that, you will get to stay at an awesome place! I recommend 100%"
