"We loved the fact that the check in was immediately after you enter the casino from the valet, especially with it being free valet. So it was very convenient getting to our room that was small and cozy, but very clean and the perfect size. "

It is a older authentic hotel, which shows in the state of the roons. But nice and clean room, and friendly staff.

I had to sleep for one night in the room because the two technician staff “could not smell it” but the cleaning lady the day after did not even go it to the room before she said this is bad! I had ti argue for this and that is not the service I would have expected. The frontline staff were ok. Sorry but I will not come back."

"READ THE SMALL PRINT! I was surprised by $22 amenity fee and $100 deposit upon checking in. I quickly booked the hotel, and didn’t realise that a deposit was required when checking in. The amenity fee was taken out of the deposit.

"Great location, 2 mins from Fremont. Super resourceful and friendly staff (I don't remember everyone's names, except Dee, but they were ALL great folks), and has all the necessary amenities, without the excessive charges from being on the strip.
My second time there, and will definitely visit again! "
"A smaller retro hotel, a little Old on the looks but nice, clean and location close to Fremont.
But be aware that there is a Big night club in the same building and the bass can be heard and felt through the rooms.
Parking is crowded on weekends and loud guests fill the area all night.
We had car alarms go off right out side the room 4 times during one night..
Not much sleep.
Recommend to ask for a room furthest away from the lobby.

"Room in the Gallery Tower was fantastic. Pretty new, large room, comfy bed, and great bathroom. The reception was more busy with flirting and talking with each other than helping us check in, and they forgot to inform us about multiple things that we were told about by the bell staff. "
