"Every thing was perfect for our Vacation In Rapid City and Black Hills for 2 adults and 3 kids 5-13 years, from beginnning until end. House was exatly as shown on the pictures spacy and well equipet, and very clean, good quiet location, with good acces to the city and to the Balck Hills. Dan (the host) was very helpfull and flexible in our planing of our stay, and Maureen (Cleaning Lady) who lived next door was super helpfull during our stay. Thanks to Dan and Maureen."

"Worked great for us! Best bang for your buck!! I definitely recommend staying here. We spent Thanksgiving here & did some trail riding with a rented Expedition from in Lead. We cooked breakfast every morning & it had all the kitchen utensils you would need. The grill cover from the previous people had covered up the hot water sensor outside & I had to bug the host on Thanksgiving— he was very responsive & helped me figure it out immediately. "This property is truly a hidden gem. We enjoyed family time together in this beautiful, well kept home. The layout of the home was perfect for family time together yet the bedrooms provided the privacy needed for those that wanted to get to bed earlier.
