"Beds were soft and comfy. Hot tub was nice but we didn’t use because we did family stuff during day and just got too tired. Didn’t cook much but good supplies in kitchen if we wanted to and grill in yard. Found it a better deal than staying at a hotel. Quiet neighborhood. Listing shows a tv in basement and in one bedroom but there is only one in living room which was fine for us because we don’t watch tv in bed. "I live in the northern hills and was looking for a good stay-cation for us. Hill City is a great central location for everything you want to see, and the hosts and guests are very personable and friendly. The common area firepit and grills was a nice place to meet the other guests and socialize. Would definitely stay here again!"

"We were in town for a youth baseball tournament. This property is located very close to the fields and to Black Hills State University. It was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Easy access to downtown and restaurants as well. Would definitely stay again. We did not get a chance to soak in the hot tub, but it looked inviting."

"This rental is located in a quiet community. The updates to the home are well done. We really liked the location of being in the city, yet being within driving distance of the major attractions. "This cabin had everything we needed. It was a great location, perfect for seeing all of the popular places in the black hills. The walk to the lake was short and easy! The only thing I would recommend a new mattress for the loft in the near future. The other beds were very comfortable and the house was very clean!"

"We loved this property! It had 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms which made it very comfortable for our three families! It was a little odd that the washer and dryer were between two bedrooms in the lower level. The kitchen was nice and big to accommodate multiple people fixing meals. "The home was so beautiful, cozy, decorated so nicley, and clean. They had all the amenities we could need. Even forgot shampoo and they had it available. The kids loved the outdoor playground and beautiful grounds. Everyone loved the private hottub, which was warm and ready to go upon arrival. The ping pong table was a big hit as well. I would recommend this home to anyone and will most definitely be coming back!!"
