This incredible property comfortably accommodates up to six adults within its tastefully appointed quarters, perfect for families or groups and the bonus of being pet friendly (large dogs outdoors and downstairs only).

Step inside and discover three spacious bedrooms, each bestowed with Queen beds, the main bedroom boasts, water views, access to the balcony to allow the gentle sea breeze to flow through, wall mounted TV and an ensuite with shower, toilet and vanity, promising privacy, and tranquility.

The property provides a fully equipped kitchen that features all the comforts of home including a dishwasher, microwave oven, stove, water dispense fridge/ freezer and even a Breville coffee machine for your early morning brews.

Our lounge room is an oasis of relaxation, with sensational water views and fitted with big screen Television and reverse cycle split system air conditioning for optimal comfort. Don't forget to enjoy a morning cuppa or evening cocktails at the furnished balcony, perfect for soaking up the serene water views.

Downstairs leads you to the huge recreation room with competition size pool table, Joes bar with bar fridge and another wall mounted TV – simply perfect for that night pool comp! Opening off from the recreation room is the massive paved entertaining area with gas BBQ facilities and alfresco dining at its best with unlimited water views.

For the beach enthusiasts, we’re just a short 1-minute drive to Bagnall’s Beach and Dutchman’s Bay where you can enjoy a stroll along the shore or waterfront BBQ experience whilst watching the sunset – take your pick. A variety of shopping options are also at a stone’s throw from the property.

Please note - very steep driveway and caution to be taken with stairs down the driveway as uneven. Please note the stairs to the Left Hand Side of the property has a handrail, we recommend these stairs are used when going down the driveway.

(e) intentionally, recklessly or negligently cause damage to premises, any common property or any other communal facilities within the immediate vicinity of the premises, or any public property in the vicinity of the premises

(f) intentionally, recklessly or negligently damage the personal property of neighbours of the premises or other occupants of a strata or community scheme.

This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed.

After hour emergency service is available 24/7 during your stay.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund of monies.
