"Location was excellent for us but this is overpriced for what it is, basic. Some gardening and sweeping out the front would provide a better welcome. Entry via a garage roller door is novel but functional, then we were met with the BBQ area with a multitude of chairs and a very dusty table. Already on guard when entering the unit, it didn’t seem clean. Maybe as left by the previous guest with the bed made and fresh towels. "While the house was well suited for our family, six adults and two grandchildren. Its lack of cleanliness and maintenance was a detractor. I attempted to fix a door lock that we found on the floor upon our arrival. The lock didn’t have the correct screws so it couldn’t be fixed. My daughter got locked in a bathroom and I had to play with the lock to get her out. We called the property management company and they sent a lock smith to fix bathroom door but they didn’t fix lock on sliding door....
